Dear All,

I did not receive the premarket data or received half of the day data yesterday. I am monitoring today. Could you please check and let me know if all in order for my account. Can you please make sure I receive the full market data from yesterday/today and onwards.

Please see the screenshot from my laptop. I have not had this issue before.

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting the real-time data. If you are actually missing data, then refer to the following:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

But, we want to point out a couple of items:
- Make sure you have your Session Times set correctly to cover the time period you are wanting. Refer to the following:
Chart Session Times

- You are using a Volume based chart (5000 Volume), and it is possible that the amount of trading volume for the time you are referring to was low enough that it all got taken up in a few bars. To really know if you are missing data, you would need to look at a Time Based chart.
