Good morning, I wanted to start new evaluation with propfirm The Trading Pit on EUREX. I used Rithmic to connect with sierra chart, but orders are rejected (user is not entitled). I confirm you that I can trade this exchange with this propfirm Thank you |

The error comes from Rithmic and states you are not setup for that symbol. You need to talk to your prop firm about this. We would be surprised if they allow trading EUREX at all.

Hello, I also had contacted the firm yesterday and attached their answer. (French) I just sent an email to Rithmic by the way. So if you could just check ans confirm me that there is no mistakes from my side on symbol and connexion parameters, than I will proceed with the firm and Rithmic. The error message is unmistakable. The fact that you get that message means that you are definitely using the correct symbol. Otherwise, the Rithmic system may not even respond at all.
