Hello. Id like to watch delayed DOM data for EUREX. I payed for package, open DOM with DAX symbol. But it is blank, no delayed data. |

There is no reason for you to not be able to get the delayed streaming data for EUREX. What are the following set to: - Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Current Selected Service - Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol (for the chart that is not showing data) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
