Another user and I use the "Number Bars Calculated Values 2" study and have enabled "Sum Bid Pull/Stack" and "Sum Ask Pull/Stack", but the values in the table are different for both of us.

We both use the same datafeed and have also checked General Settings>Sierra Chart Server Settings>Max Depth Levels: set to "0", same under Chart Settings>Market Depth>Max Depth Levels.
Also, we both have the "Market Depth Pulling/Stacking" columns on our Chart DOM Columns.

Additionally, I have opened up their chartbook on my machine and the values match my other chart, so this seems to be a Sierra Chart configuration setting between the two machines that I can't figure out.

Thanks for the help.

These will never be exactly the same between two different systems. The data is always a snapshot at a particular point in time based on the data at that time. As such, the two systems will never be completely synchronized with each other such that they will show the exact same information.

The numbers should follow the same pattern and should be relatively close in scale, but it depends on how fast the Market Depth data is changing in the market.

Thanks for the response John.

It makes sense that they would be slightly off but we're seeing very different values.
I'm curious if there's something we could do on our end to bridge the gap a bit?

Attached are two screenshots, they are roughly showing the same day and same timeframe.

Thanks.

Check to make sure you are both set to get the exact same number of levels for your Market Depth data as well as the number of levels for the Pulling/Stacking.

Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: Max Depth Levels (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> General)

Chart Settings: Maximum Market Depth Levels (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

Global Trade Settings Windows: Maximum Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Levels (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

Also, if you are using different data sources, then there is nothing we can do to help in this case.
