Good morning -

Ive been dealing with this for about a week to no avail. I use AMP & Denali but no matter what settings i change, the DOM recent bid/ask just disappears within a second. I've made sure to turn off recent bid ask reset.

I have full market depth etc, verified with other traders who dont have this issue.

@here I've followed this.
Global Trade Settings Windows: Reset Recent Bid/Ask Volume on Bid/Ask Change (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

Are you saying that you have no data at all in the Recent Bid/Ask columns?

Or is it the Best Bid/Ask that are disappearing? If so, then this would be normal, as the Recent Bid/Ask reset at the new price as it moves. Refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Recent Bid Volume - Left/Center/Right Aligned

It shows up for 1-2 seconds, then as price moves away, it's deleted. My group's all just stays there until it's refreshed. I believe as shown per the previous screenshot, the reset is turned off based off what you sent. I copied a chartbook, so I know the columns are setup correctly and it works for my friends, just not on mine.

I meant by refreshed, there's stays there until they reset their dom, im looking for that. Turning off the reset doesnt fix it.
