The "Recent Bid/Ask" columns can not have the option to "reset" turned off. There are controls on when the reset occurs, but in general, as price changes, the Recent Bid/Ask at that price level is going to be reset. We are not sure what we are viewing in the most recent image you supplied in post #5. That image looks correct. If that is what you are getting, then we do not understand the issue. If that is not your chart, then we need to see an image of your chart. Keep in mind that there is another set of columns for the "Current Traded Bid/Ask" volumes. This column does not reset with price changes.
