Trading Chart DOM Weird Issue

Greetings,

I am on SIM mode, and when i have my trade DOM on and left click under the current price on the buy side to set my limit orders which ive set (12 tick stop, 24 tick limit target), no orders show up, instead its immediately showing up as a massive amount of profit (currently showing at 54000 points of profit. when i do the same thing on the sell side, my limit order shows up and waits. Any ideas whats going on?

Try this again, and when it occurs get us the "Trade Service Log" by following these instructions:

whehn the issue occurs it doesnt appear to change the log.

closing and reopning sierra doesnt help either FWIW

update, switching from TETON to SC Data seems to resolve it, but going back which i need for live trading it comes back. again only on the buy side.

Check the settings for "Global Settings >> Message Categories". Make sure everything is set to "Yes" in there. If any are set to "No", then change them to "Yes" and then try again and get us the Trade Service Log again.

Let us know if that is not the issue.

all are set to yes. still have the same issue. FWIW i just changed to a different chart using the same group of charts, and it appears to be working properly...so its somethign wrong with this chart specifically when using TETON...if i switch to SC data it works perfectly, but using TETON is fails. but the footprint version of my chart group can work to send the orders through just fnie. not sure why.
