We were able to reproduce this, but we do not know why it is occurring. We removed the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" to try this without that symbol, and it worked fine for ES alone. Then when we put the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" back, it was working fine. Therefore, please try what we did - remove the Trade and Current Quote symbol, select Apply All, then put the Trade and Current Quote Symbol back again and select OK to close the window.
