I'm noticing significant time lag on the equities. Using OEC. Is it coming from their connection?

I see the same thing on ES. Charts look awful. When I try to reload the chart, I get duplicate bars and time at the bottom goes backwards sometimes. Not usable at all.

If you are using OEC, this is an OEC problem. This has been a long-standing problem that they have not been able to solve. It simply is not good. Have a look at using another supported trading service: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/data.php We reloaded the historical data for OEC in case there were any data errors or missing data. We did see some indication of this.
