Hi, I don't know but sierra cannot connect tu data feed. I've always used bulenox but with Teton data (see attachment) but now it doesn't work. Why doesn't it connect?

The exchange that you had active in October did not automatically renew on November 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. I don't understand why it stops connecting every day. Yesterday I got the Exchange package and it worked. Now I turned on Sierra but it won't connect. I don't understand all these problems.

In terms of connectivity, you are trying to connect to Rithmic. Rithmic is known for having issues with their connectivity. You need to talk to them about this, as they own the software for the connection between Sierra Chart and Rithmic. The only thing we can suggest is to try a different server when you are having connectivity issues with Rithmic. -- With regards to the Numbers Bars, it doesn't look like you have the Numbers Bars study on that chart. Check to ensure that the study is added to that chart.
