In terms of connectivity, you are trying to connect to Rithmic. Rithmic is known for having issues with their connectivity. You need to talk to them about this, as they own the software for the connection between Sierra Chart and Rithmic. The only thing we can suggest is to try a different server when you are having connectivity issues with Rithmic. -- With regards to the Numbers Bars, it doesn't look like you have the Numbers Bars study on that chart. Check to ensure that the study is added to that chart.
