I have a study/price overlay on this DOM, represented by the two orange lines, High/Low for a time period. I want to eliminate the space between the two lines and the buy column OR have the lines go over to the buy column. Not sure if that space is an unmarked column or what. Is this possible to do

If you do not mind the lines displayed across the entire DOM, then set the Draw Style for those subgraphs to be "Line at Last Bar Left to Right". Refer to the following:
Chart Studies: Line at Last Bar Left to Right (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_LINE_AT_LAST_BAR_LEFT_TO_RIGHT)

You will either need to make the change in the original study that is being referenced, or set the Input in the Study/Price Overlay for "Use Styles and Widths from Source Study" to "No" and then update the subgraphs in that study.
