Hello there, i have noticed the ZN ( 10 Year) is not loading the pulling/stacking or resting limit orders when connected to RITHMIC, SC Data seems to load the data fine. Is there any work around for this? The reason i ask is i connect to prop firms directly with sierra through rithmic. Kind Regards, Luke |

ZN is traded on the CBOT exchange. You do not have an exchange active that includes the CBOT data, therefore that data is coming from Rithmic. If you want to get that data from Rithmic, then you would need to check with them on getting the Market Depth data for CBOT. Otherwise, if you want to get it from us, then you will need to add a CBOT exchange, or change your exchange selections. Your package allows you to get the real-time data for the exchanges that make up our Denali Exchange Data Feed. But you still need to activate and pay for the exchanges for which you want real-time data. Right now, you have the following exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - EUREX EOBI You do NOT have a CBOT exchange active, therefore that data will not come from us. If you want to get the CBOT data from us, then you will need to activate (and pay for) the particular exchange(s) you want to activate. Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts $39 Is this the one that needs to be activated for rithmic data with ZN? Kind Regards, Luke |

It depends on what you want to do. The cheapest option would be to add the "CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". As this would add $13.00 to your current cost. But, if you think you may need data for a third exchange from the CME Group (i.e. NYMEX and/or COMEX) then you would be best served to deactivate the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" and then activate the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". But, the above is also predicated on the fact that you need Market Depth. If you do not need the Market Depth data for the CBOT data, then you could activate the "CBOT Non-Professional Top-of-Book". And, keep in mind that with November 1, 2025 coming soon, you may want to wait to activate any new exchanges, as the exchange fees are not pro-rated, so you pay the full amount for the remaining time in the month.
