Hi, I have connected my live ironbeam account to sierra charts and I have paid the denali exchange for sierra as well, however, my data is still 10 minutes delayed could you please help me out

You do not have any exchanges active in order to get the data. You can activate the CME Group exchange(s) for which you want real-time data at the following link:
