footprint chart that I had built missing volume/delta data

I also see that my footprint chart that I had built has not populated with the volume/delta data that I lost after paying for a Sierra Chart account. Is that an issue I should take to another place? Maybe rebuild the chart and studies again...? Thanks. |

We do not understand what you mean by "...the volume/delta data that I lost after paying for a Sierra Chart account." You currently have an active account, and you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME and CBOT exchanges. As such, you can get all the historical data we have available for products traded on those exchanges, so you should not have an issue with missing information for a Numbers Bars chart. I see that it says "Numbers Bars study not supported on service package" though it's my understanding that it is supported on my service package.

You are currently on the "Integrated Standard" package. The Numbers Bars study is only available with the "Advanced" packages, so you do need to change your package in order to have access to the Numbers Bars. I had a Numbers Bars study on the chart. I had volume in column 1 and Delta in column two. Other studies applied such as a candlestick in the middle, cumulative delta number above each bar and a volume number beneath etc. When I paid for a Sierra Chart account a week or two ago it all disappeared leaving only the candlesticks. Here is a photo of a the chart copied. It's cleaned per all instructions. I begin with just 5 minute candlesticks. When I apply the Numbers Bars study the chart is then blank and a message states that Numbers Bars study not supported on service package. I've tried the force login procedure to no avail. Aha. I've likely made another fine mess of things. How about I add to my account and buy 6 months of Integrated Package 11? Or cut back to 3 months and have some credit for next payment. Or use the credit to pay for monthly CME? Whatever works for you. Thanks again for your patience and help, John.
