Issue with Order not showing as filled in SC, but filled in Rithmic

John, can you explain what happened here? (see screenshot) Placed a limit order where I wanted to get in, price ran through it, showed as not filled then proceeded through to my stop loss. Both orders showing as not filled, so I attempted to "flatten/cancel all orders' just in case something was lingering before closing out of the platform. As soon as I reopened SC, it showed me in the position with no stop loss, so I immediately flattened at a loss. Note that I'm not experiencing any connectivity issues and I'm using the settings "Use Server Side OCO Orders and Use Server Side Bracket Orders". Also, this is a prop trading account, luckily not Live. Any recommendations with regards to SC to avoid this happening again or is this solely a Rithmic/Prop issue? |

The statement of "Trading Server Did Not Acknowledge New Order" tells us that this is a Rithmic issue. There are known issues with Rithmic not responding in a reasonable time period, therefore Sierra Chart does not know what is really occurring. Based on what you state, it sounds like Rithmic eventually took the order, but we can not say about the rest of what occurred.
