Hello, I want to use Interactive Brokers as trading service, mainly for US stocks (no futures). For this I need reliable market data level II (tick-by-tick). Since IB is not providing this real tick-by-tick data I want to Sierra Chart data feed service. 1.) According to your documentation I understood that I can use IB trading service and different data feed service from Sierra Chart at the same time. Can you please confirm this? 2.) In order to use an external service like IB I need minimum the Intergrated Service Package 10. Can you please confirm this? 3.) Is the Denali data feed service with NASDAQ TotalView Exchange the correct service to receive tick-by-tick stock data? |

You can use the data feed from us while you are connected to Interactive Brokers. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Integration with Trading Services 2.) In order to use an external service like IB I need minimum the Intergrated Service Package 10. Can you please confirm this?
In order to be able to connect to data and trading services (including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed), you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. The "Integrated Standard" package (Package 10) is the lowest cost option that allows you to connect to these services. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing 3.) Is the Denali data feed service with NASDAQ TotalView Exchange the correct service to receive tick-by-tick stock data?
It depends on what you want. Probably you want the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape". And if you want Market Depth data, then you would need to use both the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView". Refer to the following sections for an explanation of all of this: US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes Denali Exchange Data Feed: U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape with NASDAQ TotalView For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
