For reasons I don't understand, Recent Bid / Ask Volume columns stop showing traded volume sometimes. They just go empty. Reconnecting to the Data Feed doesn't help. Restarting doesn't help. Recalculating the Chart doesn't help. Even opening a fresh DOM and adding these columns doesn't help! I keep experiencing this problem. The last time I experienced it, reconnecting to the data feed fixed it. I don't know what triggered it back then. Today, I opened a second instance of Sierra. That caused the first instance, which was already running and connected to the Data Feed, to clear all Recent Bid / Ask volume columns. I am running ARM64 build on Parallels. I experienced this problem before with x64 build as well. I am attaching two screenshots - the DOM that stopped working after opening a second instance (with a blue VP) and a new DOM I opened after the issue occurred (no VP). The Recent Bid / Ask volume columns are light grey ones in the middle. Edit: clarified that I mean Recent Bid Volume / Recent Ask Volume columns. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-10-14 13:27:12

We can not think of any reason why this would occur. And opening another instance should not have any impact whatsoever on the Recent Bid/Ask Volume columns in another instance. The one thing we want to point out is that these values are kept as part of the Symbol, and not per chart. So if you have another chart for ESZ25.CME and you clear the Recent Bid/Ask on that chart, this will affect all charts for that symbol. But, the data should continue to fill in again from that point forward. We are curious what the columns are to the far right in the one image that shows values and the volume profiles. Let us know what those columns are. One of the things we would like you to try is to disable the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings" in the Symbol Settings window. Refer to the following: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) After you do that, and select OK to close that window, then select "File >> Reconnect". Let us know if this resolves it. If so, then this means that there was something changed in the Symbol Settings that is causing an issue.
