Chart calculator and Risk Reward tools are not correctly calculating for Futures charts

Hello, Just noticed both Chart calculator and Risk Reward tools does not consider the correct tick size and value when calculating the future charts. all calculation looks for points as 10$ not considering the actual tick value of the chart. is there any workaround ? |

here you are the range is from 6809.50 to 5868.50 which is 41 points. price retracement calculate the currency value as 205$ which is correct. however, the chart calculator is calculating the currency value 410 for 41 points which does not consider the point value of the chart. in this case the chart is for MES which is 5$ per point. there is no parameter for chart calculation tool to adjust the CV measurement.

What is "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick" set to for this chart?

It is set for default of futures which is 0.5. Which is set per exchange

Chart display and all other tools display the currency value correctly, i have tested price retracement, price expansion tools all works well with the same chart settings, if you check screenshot you find the price retracement tool display the correct amount while the risk reward and chart calculator are not. I hope you try to do test for micro or e-mini chart to test.

There could not be any problem with this. We are not going to be able to reproduce a problem with this. What is the Order Quantity, on the Trade Window, for the chart set to?
