hi,
i couldnt find any solution/advise for this hence posting here.

im still on trial. wondering if it's due to trial or just the MES symbol.

i tried opening AAPL, YM, do not have that issue. but when i open MES it does.

please advise.

open a new chart for MES still the same.

This has nothing to do with being on a trial. We can not say how this occurred, but obviously it should not be there. Refer to the following for how to fix this:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
