would it be possible to have the developers modify the cursor control so that when "Crosshair" is chosen, we could also only have to press and hold the left mouse button to move the charts... constantly having to right click select hand, right click select crosshairs, left click, right click becomes a bit irritating. Thanks

Why not just enable the crosshair for hand tool instead? Chart Drawing Tools: Action When Other Tools Selected (Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Chart Values) |

Answer - because you just introduced me to it :).... but you still have to select the Hand tool to move the charts...
