The same Linear Regression drawing created on 120m and displayed on 30m (via Copy Chart Drawings From Other Charts) does not match in slope/position. This is a bug. A Ray drawn over the same time range remains consistent. This is correct. Anchor clarification * Linear Regression: automatic with two time anchors (start/end). * Ray: two anchors in time and price, matching one of the Linear Regression’s lines. Both share the same start and end in time. Environment * Sierra Chart (current stable version) * Symbol: GC (COMEX) * Charts: 120m (source) and 30m (destination) * Copy Chart Drawings From Other Charts: enabled Steps taken 1. On 120m, draw Linear Regression with two clicks (start/end). 2. On 120m, draw a Ray with the same start/end in time (price fixed at each anchor). 3. Display both drawings on the 30m chart. ISSUE * Linear Regression: does not match. Screenshot attached. * Ray: matches between 120m and 30m. |

We are not able to reproduce this. Please get us a Chartbook that has just the two charts in it, with only the Linear Regression and one Ray drawing on them so we can see how you have this setup. Follow these instructions to get us the charts, just get us 2 instead of the 1 as it talks about in the instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Chartbook with Only a Single Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The issue is that you have the drawings drawn into the Right Side Fill Space. Refer to the sixth bullet point at the following link: Lines/Rays or Other Chart Drawings Move After Drawing Them: Chart Drawings Are Misaligned After Changing the Period / Timeframe Per Bar For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
