To trade Eurex, I switch from Teton to Rithmic(Order Routing Only) but gets error

My broker is |AMP. I used to trade using Teton on US trading hours. No problems. But now, I need to trade Eurex during Euro hours. Since Teton does not support Eurex, I switch to Rithmic (Order Routing Only) but wants to continue to use Denali. Under the Data/Trade Service Settings, I put in the trading username and password. I left out the Market Data and Historical Data but I still get a connection error - Permission denied. Please see the attached image of the trade settings. I have also did a "Send for Analysis". |

I have checked with AMP. They confirmed that my trade credentials (username and password) are correct and working. Thay ask me to get Sierra Chart support to fix the problem. I can also login to Rithmic Trader Pro and see my account info. Can you please help or advise? Thanks |

The strange thing is that when I pull up the "Trade Account Monitor/Balance window", it shows the correct account info and balances. Not sure if this helps with the diagnostics.... Hope to hear from you soon. |

I have tried and done exactly according to Resolution Procedure (that you listed). It doesn't help. The error remains. The next question is why can't I get any live data from denali when I have this error (since I am not using the Rithmic market data)? |

As noted in the section of the documentation related to this error, this is a Rithmic issue that we can not solve. The information we have in that documentation is what we have derived from other users that have had this issue in the past. We do not know of any other resolution to the problem other than what is in that documentation. The reason you can not get the data, is Sierra Chart is simply not setup that way. Once you can not connect to the trading service, the data also stops. What you can do is to change your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data". Then you will be able to get the real-time data, but you will not be connected to Rithmic. If you do change your service, then be sure to update the symbols for your charts, as each service uses a different symbology.
