Not getting bid ask depth levels on Gold futs

I don't know why but, I can get all the bid and ask levels on my oil futs but can not on my GOLD futs Any suggestions? |

You have the following two exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - NYMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts As such, you are only going to get Market Depth data for products traded on the NYMEX exchange (such as Crude Oil (CL)). Gold (GC) is traded on the COMEX exchange, for which you are not setup to get market depth data.
