I've been trying to use AI to help me for two days to no avail. Am I subscribed to Denali or not? I have tried everything to subscribe to Denali but don't think I am but can't seem to activate it. It should not be this hard to pay you money. I am also trying to change session times. I can't change on charts and think it should be in global settings somewhere anyway because why would I want to set it differently by chart. What am I missing? So frustrating. Thanks for your help |

Yes your Sierra Chart account does have the Denali Exchange Data Feed active, and you have active, the CME exchange with market depth data. So you will get real-time data for the CME symbols.
