I have delayed Data and message saying I was flagged as a Professional. This is completely inaccurate. I am tied to no organizations. This must be some sort of confusion. I am not sure if this is what is causing my data delay but regardless, I need help getting live data back ASAP.

Your account is tagged as a Professional, as that is what you stated when you signed the agreements on June 9, 2023. In addition, the last CME Group exchange that you had active was the " CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account". This was in January 2025. That exchange did not renew on February 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. You have not had an exchange active since then. Keep in mind that in order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that trading account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have worked out the above and you have an account to meet the Non-Professional requirement from the CME Group, then you can redo the exchange agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME Once those agreements are accepted, or if you do not qualify and will stay as a Professional, then you can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
