Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am an individual trader using Sierra Chart together with my ICMarkets account strictly for my own personal trading and chart analysis. I do not hold any professional trading license or registration, I am not employed by a financial institution, and I do not use market data for any business or institutional purposes. Could you please review my account and reclassify it as Non-Professional under CME market data policy? Thank you very much for your assistance. Best regards, Gazmend Imeri |

To start with, the last time you filled out the agreements for the CME Group, you specified yourself as a "Professional". This is why you are tagged as a Professional at this time. To change your status, you need to redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME But, keep in mind that in order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account for verification at least once a month. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Also, we do not have connectivity with ICMarkets. And they appear to be a FOREX and CFD broker, so even if we did connect, you would not be able to verify your non-professional standing with them, as they do not trade the CME Group. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
