hi I tried to open the gold mini sized graph many times but unsuccessfully. Does my package include trading the gold contracts? TNX |

Gold (and Micro Gold) is traded on the COMEX exchange of the CME Group. You have exchanges active for the CME and CBOT exchanges. Therefore, you do not have the ability to get real-time data for Gold from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Depending on what trading service you are connected to, you would either not get any data or you would get our Delayed Streaming Data. It looks like you are connected to Rithmic, in which case the system tries to get that data from Rithmic, and if you are not setup to get it from them either, then you would not get any data.
