Have one more issue though, perhaps you can help. My message log keeps on popping up very frequently and covers significant part of the chart, which I then need to quickly close to see what is happening in the markets. Why does it happen so often? Is there some kind of connectivity / reconnection issue on my side that forces this process? How can I sort it out and avoid it? And if there is some kind of connectivity issue on my side, which shows as a clear message in the message log, do I need to change my internet service provider? The only reason the Message Log opens is if there is something important to report in it. Please get us a copy of your Message Log so we can take a look and let you know what is showing in there that is causing it to open. Follow these instructions to get us your log: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) In the meantime, there are two options to stop the log from continuously popping up on you: 1. Shrink down the size of the log and place it in a corner of your desktop out of the way somewhere. 2. There is a setting to not automatically open the Message Log. We do not recommend this, as the log is opening for a reason.
