Hello, I have two 3000t charts that I use. One is a simple candlestick chart (chart #8); the other is and overlay (chart #16). However, the candlesticks do not match up. You can see this by looking at the rectangle-highlighted sections. I've also included a version of chart #16 that goes back a few days to show that the data is not rendering completely - the chart shows only 2-3 candlesticks per trading day (the blue-highlighted areas at an evening hours study). https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=175795661477.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1757956663464.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1757956719918.png Please assist, thanks. |

In the one image where you show both the charts together, the charts are too different for us to understand how to align the information. Please get the charts more alike in terms of the bar spacing and the scaling so these can be more easily compared. Then get these two charts displayed together and get us an image by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Also, we do not understand what you mean by "the other is and overlay (chart #16)". What exactly does this mean for chart #16? It has to have a core symbol in it before there can be an overlay. Also, we want to point out that on Chart #16, the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" did not rollover, so it is showing as "MESU25_FUT_CME". You should update this to the Z contract.
