Hello - After renewing my service fee my data is not coming in live. I show the feed is working and packets are being sent (green), but no live data is actually showing up on the chart. Additionally, I am encountering a strange error when the charts open (see attached). Could you provide instructions on how to rectify this? |

You did not have an active package on September 1, 2025, therefore the exchange that you had active in August, did not automatically renew on September 1, 2025. You need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
