Hello.
For personal reasons, I have to stop using SC, but I don't want to close the account completely; I just want to stop for about 6 months. Is this possible? I didn't find an answer to that. I deactivated services and account renewal, but not sure if I did everything correctly. Thanks for the help.

You did everything correctly. We do not have a way to "Pause" a subscription and since you only have 23 days of Usage Time remaining - we can not refund any Usage Time.

After September 19, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard.

You also have funds in your Services Surplus with us. You can leave them in the account and they will be there when you return, or we can refund these back to your payment method, less a $5.00 processing fee. If you want us to issue a refund, then please start an Account Support Ticket at the following link and let us know you want a refund of your Services Surplus:
