You did everything correctly. We do not have a way to "Pause" a subscription and since you only have 23 days of Usage Time remaining - we can not refund any Usage Time. After September 19, 2025, your account will automatically be put in an expired state. There is nothing further you need to do in this regard. You also have funds in your Services Surplus with us. You can leave them in the account and they will be there when you return, or we can refund these back to your payment method, less a $5.00 processing fee.
