When I have a plain vanilla chart open it seems to be staying as same price as my DOM but any other chart with a study on it or anything it has a small 2 second lag. Was not an issue before. Have tried every solution provided but nothing seems to work.

Are you saying that you see a difference in the price between a chart and a Trading DOM? If so, then we would need to see an image of both items so we can see how they are different.

I have attached a recording. Very left side of screen is chart with studies on it, the middle chart is the plain chart. As you can see the price lags behind by a little on the far left chart and the plain chart stays synced with the DOM.
