Combining Ticks, Bid / Ask Market Order Column

Is there a way combine ticks on the dom into one whole number like lets say instead of each tick of 23,400.00, 23,400.25, 23,400.50, 23,400.75 each individualized can I have the dom take the sum of all three on the bid and display that amount on the dom for bids? In addition is there a way in sierra charts to view bid and ask market orders column in the center of the DOM?

Refer to the following settings:
Chart Settings: Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

Chart Settings: Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

In addition is there a way in sierra charts to view bid and ask market orders column in the center of the DOM?

The order of the columns is controlled through the "Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns" window. Refer to the following and the item below it:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Move Up/Left (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns)

Hello, I paid for real time data and it says real time data is on but it is not real time as I compare to my other data suppliers, whats going on? Ive tried logging out and logging in, in addition to other reset methods already..

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting real-time data for products traded on the CME exchange of the CME Group, as you have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts".

If you are having a problem with a CME exchange symbol, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
