Market Depth data won't download for replay

I've followed all of the steps in the documentation for downloading market depth data, but when I go to replay the market depth window, it doesn't replay any depth data. When I right click on the chart to download market data, I don't get any confirmation that the data has downloaded. There's also nothing in the message log. I have a depth file in my data folder, but it's only 1KB big, so it doesn't seem like it actually downloaded anything.

There is no market depth data available for that symbol. You need to use NVDA-NQTV. And also because you are not paying the NASDAQ TotalView exchange fee, market depth data is going to be delayed by about one day.
