John, Are there any known bugs with regards to the DOM Pull Stack Columns? See attached photo. For reference, I'm using this on the /ES with the pull stack depth set to 20. Based on my calculations, it should be 744 on the Ask, 232 on the Bid, not in the thousands as shown. |

There are no known issues with the calculation of the Pulling/Stacking totals. This is the first time we have seen something this odd. We really do not know how/why this is occurring. Please restart Sierra Chart and let us know if the issue resolves itself or not. Restarting SC appears to have fixed the issue. FYI, I first encountered this yesterday; I just assumed it was a fluke. On startup it looked fine, but at some point during the day (and I couldn't pin-point exactly what time) it started showing the insanely high values. I'll pay more attention next week and comment again if I see it. |

John, I was running a market replay on the data from yesterday (Friday) and may have found the issue. Chart Settings -> Market Depth -> Maximum Market Depth Pulling Stacking Levels = 20 However, under Chart DOM Settings - Global -> Other -> Max Bid/Ask Depth Pulling/Stacking Levels (0=All), I had this set to 0. Once I changed this setting to 20, I'm getting accurate text totals. In Summary, the individual 'chart settings' appears to be controlling the number of levels that I can visually see, but the 'global settings' appears to be doing the text total calculations. |
