John, I was running a market replay on the data from yesterday (Friday) and may have found the issue. Chart Settings -> Market Depth -> Maximum Market Depth Pulling Stacking Levels = 20 However, under Chart DOM Settings - Global -> Other -> Max Bid/Ask Depth Pulling/Stacking Levels (0=All), I had this set to 0. Once I changed this setting to 20, I'm getting accurate text totals. In Summary, the individual 'chart settings' appears to be controlling the number of levels that I can visually see, but the 'global settings' appears to be doing the text total calculations. |
