Hi Currently, I have been trading with Interactive Brokers and am interested in trading Stocks and Stock CFDs. What package and/or data feed do I need, because it's confusing if I read the package information. Does Basis Level 5 offer the ability to connect with Interactive Brokers without requiring the purchase of any data feed, or does the data come with the Basic Level 5 package? And also, please suggest me do i have to pay any other exchange fees i have pay even though i won't trade on sierra chart. Kind regards Aleem M |

In order to have access to real-time data or to be able to trade from Sierra Chart, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the following: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages In no case is stock data included for free. Once you are on one of the "Integrated" packages, you then need to setup the data by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* Note that Sierra Chart has two different stock data feeds. Refer to the following for the information on these so you can decide which is the right one for your needs: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed Denali Exchange Data Feed: U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape with NASDAQ TotalView You can also get your data from Interactive Brokers rather than from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart does not have data for stock CFDs. If that data is available from Interactive Brokers, then you would need to get that data from them. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
