Hi SC Support,

I read through the support board for my issue but wasn't able to identify anything similar.

I have been using the global profit/loss management tool built in SC to test. I am testing this among multiple trading evaluator accounts (some within same SC instance) and have set each trade account with a specific daily net loss. I enabled lock after positions flattened and lock for day. I have set my start of day for 15:00:00 CT time.

My problem I'm experiencing is all accounts when triggered for daily net loss seem to lock for day but for 24hours and does NOT reset at start of day. I have all my global settings > time zone settings > set as my local time.

Am I setting this up wrong or is this how the lock for day was intended.

Thanks

The way it is supposed to work is what you are expecting. If the Profit or Loss rules are met and the options for "Lock After Positions Flattened" is enabled along with the "Lock for Day", then the lock will be undone when the "Start of Day" time is passed in the Global Time Zone.

Therefore, you need to look at what your "Global Time Zone" is set to and make see if the account is being unlocked when the time passes 15:00:00 in that time zone.

If that is not working properly, then let us know.
