1. I have attached the trade window to my chart, but no trades were showing on the trade window. nothing! Then 2. I tried to play with different options on the bar - pressing here and there >> analysis >> clean chart >> and now I can't reverse it back to VWAP and to Heikin-Ashi What do I do? |

1. We do not understand the issue with this. Having the Trade Window displayed has nothing to do with trades. What were you expecting to see that was not (or vice versa)? 2. Selecting "Analysis >> Clean Chart" removes all the studies from the chart, which is why the VWAP and Heikin-Ashi are no longer there. You would need to add these studies back. Refer to the following: Chart Studies: Adding/Modifying Chart Studies Or, if you have not saved the chartbook yet, then you can close the chartbook and not save it, then open it again and it will be the state from the last time you saved it. Thank you for your reply. 1. The trade window should show P/L, DPL etc. No information is being shown. The window remains empty, whatever I trade. (Sim) 2. I did not find the chart studies or the chartbooks to restore. Can you give me more hints on how to find it? What will happen if I remove the chart and re-download it? I attached a screen shot |

1. You have the following setting set to "None" for that chart. Change it to one of the other options to view the P/L how you want: Chart Settings: Profit/Loss Format (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) 2. All of the information we have is what we gave you in the previous post. Please follow the instructions in the appropriate section for what you want to do. Removing the chart and opening a new one, will just get you to the exact same spot you are already - a chart with bars, but no studies. So this will not accomplish anything.
