TF data missing on CQG feed

I have a gap in TF data on AMP CQG feed (F.US.TFEZ14). I tried to reload the data, even delete and download it again, without success. It is updating from the time I started Sierra, but I can not backfill the gap.

Interestingly, NinjaTrader connected to the same data feed is working fine.

We know about this and this is not within our control. AMP has been notified of it.

As of this moment, the historical data is now up to date . So you can try re-downloadingby right clicking on the chart before the missing data and select Delete and Download Data.

Thanks. I just noticed another gap in TF data, between New York time 22:16 (8 Oct) and 03:20 (9 Oct = today), which I can not get rid off by re-downloading.

I will contact AMP then in hope that they resolve this issue.

Please do not contact AMP about this. We will handle the contact to them about this. More than likely whoever you contact about it, would not have an understanding about it. And it will only confuse things more.
