I have lost 'real market data'

I connected to Stage Five - Dorman (in order to activate the live data on Sierra Chart)

Had the same problem last month and I can only activate - delayed data

What as I doing wrong ???

If so, please activate the CME Group Non-Professional Exchanges that you want Real-time Data for, you can do that via #3 here:

Ok Lee, I see you have signed up for the Real-time Market Depth Bundle, so you are paying $39.00 for Market Depth Data for the 4 CME Group Exchanges (CME, COMEX, CBOT, and NYMEX). More and more people are focused on the ES, MES, NQ, and MNQ, which are all listed on the CME Exchange -- you can get real-time Market Depth Data for the CME Exchange for $13.00 (or Top-of-Book Data for just $2.00) -- so just want to bring this up in case you are paying for Real-time Data that you don't use.
Sometimes people are surprised to learn that the "Numbers Bars" feature and the "TPO Profile" feature only require the Volume data that is included in the $2.00 top-of-book option.
