9.30 chart change

At 9.30 chart lises premarket data. Sc feed. Under symbol settings , ? to ????? set to evening session. Chart settings set to enable evening g session but at 9.30 they automatically change to no without me doing anything. I set chart settings again to enable evening session. Nest morning I germt the pre market data and at 9.30 reversion to no takes place again and pre market data disappears. Start a new bar at market open is set to no. And stays at no. I do not want pre market data to disappear. Please help. |

Hi, I was already famiar with the documentation you have indicated. I checked all these things before seeking your help. Could I be missing something or is there something else that is not in the documentation? This is a serious issue for me. Can I send you the logs to look at or you can log on to my system to look at? Please help at your earlies. |

We are not able to reproduce this with your chart. The times stay correct and the "Use Evening Session" stays on when the time goes from the entered Evening Session to the Main Session. Please get us two images of what you are seeing, one just prior to the change in the chart, and one after the change in the chart.
