CQG data issue

I haven't been able to trade for about a month now and after years of using CQG data and it working fine, intraday data as well as historical data, I am missing the last month of historical data and no realtime data. I have reached out to my broker and data provider (EdgeClear, and Ironbeam with CQG data) and everything is fine on their end and they told me to contact SierraChart support. Not sure what information you would need from me, but I've basically exhausted all options including refreshing data provider, having broker remote in on my PC to ensure everything was fine and nothing is working. It even has green connection bar at top left, and appears to be connected to my data feed just fine but I have no historical or realtime data. I appreciate any help. Sierra Chart has not had support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX for several years now. Although we recently found a loophole where some customers were able to get this data. We have since patched that loophole, so in order to get this data, you need to get it from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you need real-time data from the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you were to activate an exchange today (July 31, 2025) you would pay the full price for the exchange just to get data for today - and you would then need to pay again on August 1, 2025, in order to get the data for the month of August. So you may want to wait until tomorrow (August 1, 2025) before activating an exchange. If you are not using the CQG data for anything else, then you can tell your broker to stop the CQG data so you are not paying for it from them.
