I haven't been able to trade for about a month now and after years of using CQG data and it working fine, intraday data as well as historical data, I am missing the last month of historical data and no realtime data. I have reached out to my broker and data provider (EdgeClear, and Ironbeam with CQG data) and everything is fine on their end and they told me to contact SierraChart support. Not sure what information you would need from me, but I've basically exhausted all options including refreshing data provider, having broker remote in on my PC to ensure everything was fine and nothing is working. It even has green connection bar at top left, and appears to be connected to my data feed just fine but I have no historical or realtime data. I appreciate any help.
