Hello, I am experiencing an issue with historical data on my XAUUSD CFD chart in Sierra Chart. I would like to obtain complete historical data from January 3, 2023, to the present, but despite several attempts using Delete and Download Data, there are missing periods in the data. In particular: - The data stops on May 21, 2024, and resumes only on January 21, 2025. - There is also a gap between December 16, 2024, and January 21, 2025. I am using the standard service package with FXCM as the real-time data provider. These gaps prevent me from performing a proper and continuous backtest over the desired period. Could you please let me know whether this issue is due to a lack of data from the provider, or if there is a way to retrieve the full historical data for the requested period? We are not seeing any issues with missing data for this symbol for the times you are describing. Everything looks fine when we download this data. Attached is an image of an Intraday chart set to a 1 day period showing data from Late November 2024 through April 2025. Note that we can not read the dates in the image you sent, so we do not know exactly what you are referencing, as these statements are contradictory: - The data stops on May 21, 2024, and resumes only on January 21, 2025. - There is also a gap between December 16, 2024, and January 21, 2025. If you have no data from May 21, 2024 through January 21, 2025, then how can you have data for December 16, 2024?
