Hello First, please excuse my poor English skills. On July 9, I purchased the ‘5 - Base Advanced (Monthly)’ service pack. But Payment was made again today, July 28, before the one-month service pack validity period expires. Shouldn't the payment be made on August 9 ? I wonder why two payments were made before my service pack validity period expires. I would appreciate your response. thank you. P.S. Attached are the payment details for July 9 and 28. |

This is not a double payment. The payment on July 9, 2025, was a manual payment initiated by yourself. At that time, you added $36.00 to your account and then you activated the "Base Advanced" package for one month for $36.00. You also turned on the Automatic Billing at that time. The automatic billing works by looking forward about 2 weeks to see what fees are coming due in that time frame and then charges your card accordingly for any upcoming fees. Therefore, the system sees that you will be needing $36.00 in your account in order to automatically renew on August 9, 2025. And the automatic billing then billed your card for this. We do the billing this way, so that if there is an issue, you are informed of it ahead of time and can make the necessary changes in order to ensure that your subscription automatically renews.
