How to save my Live data feed of GFDL

Sir i am using GFDL dta feed . They provide backfill in one min format only and live data feed in tick format. so when ever i relogin my previous days data get converted into one min format so all my data of ask/bid deleted as after refill one min format doesnnot support ask/bid calculated values. so i want to save all my live data so that after backfill all values of ask/bid etc remain saved and didnot get deleted on backfill. So please guide me how to save my live data which i can usesd in future as well.

This is definitely not true so long as you do not re-download the data manually yourself. Sierra Chart will not alter the existing data unless you were to manually re-download the data from a past point in time. Sir as per above link in point number 2 say "Some supported Data and Trading services may not provide historical data in a tick by tick format". I am also mentioning same problem with you.i want to ask how could i save the ask/bid data value provided live by GFDL. As after relogin only threee to four daya data is shown with ask/bid values and all other previous data values got deleted on next trading days. During live trading session all ask/bid data is shown but after three days these get deleted and only latest three days are shown. I want to save all current days data so that all ask/bid values may be saved for ever and i can use it for backtest later. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1412851244425.png

This does not mean that that existing tick by tick data which has been stored in real-time will be overwritten. It will not be unless you were to manually re-download it.
