Unable to load chartbook "Caught an unhandled exception"

Hello,

Experiencing a major failure to load my chartbook on SC v2773. Repeatedly getting the below error message in Message Log:

2025-07-13 15:18:58.791 | ESU25-CME [C][M] 30 Min #10 | Caught an unhandled exception in c_Chart::WindowProc. Message: 15, wParam: 0, lParam: 0 | Number times message previously added: 14 *
2025-07-13 15:19:08.362 | ESU25-CME [C][M] 30 Min #10 | Caught an unhandled exception in c_Chart::WindowProc. Message: 15, wParam: 0, lParam: 0 | Number times message previously added: 18 *

TPOs are overlaying on Bar Charts, charts are failing to load, graphics are loading incorrectly. I don't have OpenGL enabled.

I am sending my message log for analysis now. Please advise on steps to fix. I experienced this once before during contract rollover and it did somehow resolve itself after restarting but I'm not so fortunate this time. Let me know if anything else is needed on my end. Thank you.

I suspect what is causing the issue are the charts set to only load 1 day and have yet to complete a bar in the chart bar period (in this case 30 minutes). Now that a full 30 minute period has passed the charts and the rest of the chartbook are loading correctly.

Maybe something to look into on your end.

We will then try to reproduce the problem during a chart replay at the same time.

This is the chart that has the issue:

And what is the time zone that you have Sierra Chart set to?:

We started a replay, from Sunday evening at the open in the US Pacific time zone and cannot reproduce any exception:
